2019 was a postive year for HSPC with the market share increasing to 50% of the properties for sale in the Highlands. This is a concrete reminder of the power of selling property through a solicitor firm. Throughtout 2019 HSPC had high levels of activity in website user numbers, with an increase on 2018 activity of 2% . The level of sales across the region were down in 2019 compared to the previous year by 8%, this was also reflected in slightly lower levels of property coming onto the market, down on previous year by 6%. Overall 2019 was a stable year for the Highland property market although the level of activity still seemed cautious.
