We are looking for a customer focused individual to work with the existing team to help run the centres day to day activities. As well as answering property queries over the phone, email and social media, you will be supporting our solicitor firms with their properties and promoting the HSPC brand and services.
Welcome customers to the centre, provide property information and help with property searches.
Answer the telephone to assist customers and our solicitor firms
Process properties on our system/displays and social media
Help prepare and proof read our regular print and media content
Work as a team on all other administrative activities
A good communicator with a friendly manner
A professional attitude
Takes pride in attention to detail
Basic experience on social media platforms
Good IT skills (email, cloud based office systems, Excel, Word)
Property experience isn’t necessary as you’ll build on your knowledge with help from the team.
